The two-day workshop titled “Applied Mixed-Methods in Clinical Research” was successfully organized on May 22–23, 2026, by the Centre for Education and Training in Clinical Research (CETCR), DUHS, under the leadership of Dr. Fakhsheena Anjum, Director CETCR. The event received an excellent response from DUHS faculty members as well as participants from various institutions.

The workshop was conducted by Dr. Mohamed Naveed Abu Ahmad, PhD, from the University of North Carolina. The overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants reflected the value and impact of this academic activity. The Honorable Pro Vice Chancellor, Prof. Jahan Ara Hasan, graced the event with her presence and emphasized the importance of conducting more such impactful research-oriented activities in the future.
