(Highlights) 2nd Anaesthesiology Mock Examination Successfully Conducted at DUHS

The Department of Anaesthesiology at Dow University of Health Sciences successfully conducted the 2nd Anaesthesiology Mock Examination (Table Viva for FCPS-II candidates) on 29th April 2025, at the PDC Hall, Second Floor, DIMC, Ojha Campus, DUHS.

Organized to strengthen the clinical competence and examination readiness of postgraduate trainees, the mock examination was led under the guidance of:

– Program Moderator: Dr. Hubba Ahmed (Senior Registrar, DIMC – DUHS)

– Chairperson: Dr. Syed Farjad Sultan (Associate Professor, Department of Anaesthesia, Civil Hospital Karachi, DUHS)

– Program Directors: Dr. Hamid Mehmood (Incharge + Assistant Professor, DIMC – DUHS) and Dr. Muneeba Arshad (Assistant Professor, DIMC – DUHS)

Candidates were evaluated by Senior CPSP Examiners, providing a simulation of the actual FCPS-II exam format.

The event was coordinated and supervised by Dr. Alina Mahmood (Senior Registrar, Anaesthesia, DIMC – DUHS), who also facilitated registration and participant management.
