Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) proudly celebrates the achievements of Adil Mehboob, a second-year student MBBS at Dow International Medical College (DIMC) and a passionate powerlifter.

Competing in the 66kg weight category, Adil recently participated in one of Pakistan’s premier powerlifting events, LIFT OFF, where he achieved a lifetime personal best of 970 lbs. His dedication and discipline have resulted in impressive personal records, including a 100 kg bench press, a 180 kg deadlift, and a 150 kg squat.

Adil represents DUHS with pride in various sports festivals, demonstrating the strength of both mind and body.
