Dow University of Health Sciences had the honour of hosting Mr. Zafar Masud, President & CEO, Bank of Punjab, for an inspiring and interactive leadership session.

Mr. Masud, one of the two survivors of the tragic PIA Flight 8303 crash in May 2020, shared reflections from his extraordinary journey of survival and recovery, highlighting the importance of resilience, leadership, purpose, and overcoming challenges. His story and insights offered an inspiring perspective to our students and future leaders.

He also shared his journey through his book, Seat 1C: A Survivor’s Tale of Hope, Resilience and Renewal, with copies purchased by attendees personally signed by him, making the engagement even more meaningful.

During his visit, Mr. Masud also toured the DUHS Trauma Center and Comprehensive Cancer Care Unit, gaining insight into DUHS’s commitment to excellence in healthcare and education.
