The Dow Mentorship Program (DMP), in collaboration with Dow Graduates Association of North America (DOGANA) YPC, successfully hosted Meet the Matched on 06 May 2026 at Muin Auditorium, Dow Medical College, DUHS. The session featured inspiring Dow alumni who began their journey as DMP mentees and are now successfully matched into U.S. residency programs across multiple specialties.

The speakers shared their personal journeys, from early uncertainties to defining moments that shaped their success. Their stories highlighted resilience, consistency, and the importance of mentorship in navigating the USMLE pathway.

The panel offered valuable, real-world insights into strategic planning, timelines, overcoming challenges, securing USCE, and navigating the residency match process. Attendees actively engaged with the speakers, gaining clarity, motivation, and practical guidance for their own pathways.
